I am trainging my fitness and running for sports day in 2 months. is this an ok routine?

this is my diet:

breakfast: orange juice - toast - wheetabix
lunch: chuna pasta - yoghurt - chewee bar - piece of fruit
tea: more veg,fish etc..
supper: milk - cereal


my excersize:

-every morning i walk to school 20 minutes and back which is like 40 minutes becasue im with friends on the way back home.
-every day i excersize - sit up/press ups/ pushing myself up on a bar on my door/ stretches

mondays: i go for a 1-1and half hours jog about 2 miles.
tuesday: dancing which i've done for years.
wednesday: practise sprinting methods < anyone got any more tips/ideas?
thursday: homework and sorting things out < my rest day!
friday: practise my running and speed
satuday: i normally am busy swiming anyway
sunday: practise things i do on a monday,wednesday,friday!

is this good way to beat my contestant that i lost to last year?
please give me more tips and ideas you may have for me beause i am actually going to do this and believe in myself this year to aim to beat her.
