I've been with verizon for 10 years. The service coverage is excellent and i would never switch. I did however have a problem with their insurance program in the beginning. I paid the $50 and they sent me a "comparable phone" because mine was discontinued. It wasn't even in the same price range, i raised hell and got nowhere. I went to the verizon store and complained, the girl there swapped out the phone with a better one and told her boss it was and inventory glitch. Awesome service right there. The insurance is run by a private company and they like to stick it in your butt. I wouldn't recommend the insurance if you're getting a cheap phone. If you get an expensive one, call it in lost once a year and stick it in their butt.
