I am thinking about buying a 1996 Ford Thunderbird?

I am going to look at a 1996 Ford Thunderbird tomorrow. Its body is perfect except for one small rust spot. The interior is excellent. It has 150,000 miles on it and is fully loaded with a V8. He wants $1,400 for it. Is this a good decision?
 
its a good buy i would suggest you to take it to a mechanic to really look at its performance the last thing you would want to do is buy a car that your going to have to invest more money than you purchased it for
