Get an attorney like yesterday! They can give you the best and quickest actions to take. You need to get yer kids out of that atmosphere asap...which I am sure you know. An attorney is the best way to go...he/she will know what to file and what you have to do. Good luck with this.....get your kids out before they are harmed beyond repair!
how can i my kids back? his name is Leigh Edward Foxley, my wife is living there with this guy, with my two kids, she never told me about his past or else i would have never let her go with them (children). he is a level 3 sex offender, she never got any written permission from me or the court to leave California and now she is living in Washington with this bastard rapist, what should be my best course of action?
