I am starting an online business what all do I have to do?

I would like to sell things online.( hair bows, tutus, jewelery,etc.). I already have my website and domain name but I don't know what else I have to have.Do I have to have a license or what fees do I have to pay? Can someone that has an online business like me help me out. PLEASE
