Hello,
OKay, I started having anxiety as a teenager, but then when I was 22 I had my first full blown ER panic attack. From there things got progressively worse for months. Everything seemed to be focused around my heart. Heart racing and heart palpitations. I had an echocardiogram back then and a 2 week Holter Monitor, as well as various EKG's at different ER visits when I thought I was dying. Everything appeared to be normal. Sinus tachycardia, and a few skipped beats here and there. Time went by and these attacks came and went. About 2 years ago I had another 24 hour holter monitor while I was pregnant with my fourth child. Over the course of 24 hours I had quite a few PVC's and PAC's, but all during normal sinus rhythm. I was told by the OBGYN shigh risk specialist that ordered it that the results were normal. Okay so, time has gone by again. These nasty buggers come and go. It can be a month or so of nothing and then all of a sudden I seem to have a few a day in no particular fashion.
{REMOVED}I decided one last test to rule out anything else they could've possibly missed over the years was a stressecho. I just saw the dr today regarding the results and everything came back normal. I had some sinus tachycardia and one episode of a PAC couplet. Now what?
I should also mention I have had my thyroid checked twice and various blood work done throughout my pregnancies. I am not diabetic, I do smoke ( yes I know), I do not drink caffeine at all. My life is always filled with stress.
Now tonight I felt another skip and I freaked out! Even after I got these results back today. I was panicking all day until I got there, my heart was racing. Maybe it is an excess of adrenaline surging through my blooRABtream? I just want to know, what would you think if you were me? How many of you have had all these tests and still worry? What is your planto corabat that? Any advice would be great!
Thanks
Leah
