The person thats buying it is going to give me part of the the money now and the rest next fri. What kind of things should I write on paper? I am not going to give the title until all is paid.But I am still the owner ? What should I do??????????

Once he get his car registered it will be very hard to
squeeze money from him if he decides to screw you over.
It happens all the time don't get caught on that.
Give him a receipt for the money he will give you and hold car until he pays it off.If you gave him the car,he could take off with it or worse,wreck it and you would be responsible.
wait til friday when all the money is provided if they dont have the title they cant legally insure it and wont be able to legally drive it so anything that happens will come back to you it doesnt matter if its your sister or brother buyin the car dont sell until they have all the money
