...been looking into UIC.? Im 24 with about 30 college credits that transfered to DeVry. My cousins went there and are both doing pretty well. I am basically using student loans to pay for all my tuition. I live very close to DeVry which is very suitable because I will also be working full time. I like that I can finish my degree pretty fast at DeVry, but have been hearing that it isn't a very respected school, and too much money. So, I have been looking into UIC, and it is cheaper and I think more respected. The only thing that worries me about going to UIC is if it is compatible with my schedule. I want to take 15 credit hours a semester, and it has to be at night. Does UIC offer this type of flexibilty that DeVry does?? If so, I'd be willing to make a change, since its cheaper and a better school. I was laid off as an electrical apprentice and really want to get on with my life and my biggest goal in the world is getting my degree, so I want to make this a three year maximum plan at the most and I don't want o be taking only a few classes at a time. Do you think with all my circumstances that I have stated, I should still attend DeVry (classes start in 3 weeks), or pull out and perhaps take a full load at College of DuPage and then apply and transfer to UIC??
