I am pursuing (on behalf of my partner) an anti harassment Injunction?

I have the form, I'm just looking for some help to fill in the form n16a. The harassment started a year and a half ago over a mater (now resolved with the original protagonist) that was altogether petty and pointless (as I would assume most of these things are), however, although this issue was resolved, the sister of the lady who had originally caused problems in the first place has decided, for whatever reason, that she wouldn't let this drop, and has been "upping her game" recently. Pointing in the street at my partner and telling whoever she's with "that's the one, that's her", and being altogether intimidating. We are quite lucky in that neither my partner or I are in the least bit intimidate, but the intention to intimidate is clear, we have small children, and this sort of thing only seems to happen when my partner is alone with the children in town (ie without me present), that is until friday just gone, she wasn't aware I was there and witnessed this attempt to intimidate. Do I have grounds to pursue an anti harassment injunction? My partner keeps a diary and always includes the days these events occur within it. There are also other people who have witnessed this "lady" telling lies and generally slandering my partner. This is an off shoot of resolving the original issue, and not something we're bothered about. people will talk behind your back whether you're loved or hated. This isn't news to us. What must stop however is this public display of aggressive intimidation tactic.

Any and all advice will be gratefully received.
