my marine corp husband and i have been married for 4 1/2 years we have a 2 year old daughter, and one on the way. He is wanting a divorce and is planning on leaving me with nothing. he threatens this all the time, and then other times he is loving and kind. i am scared what his motives might be. for about 2 1/2 months he has taken away everything finacially from me, he has even changed passwords and such for our bank accounts.
Can He do this? as a military spouse am i entitiled to anything. i have tryed getting a job, but we can not afford child care and i do not have my license. any advice?
