I just barely break even every month, I've been on my own since fifteen and I just turned eighteen last april. I have been waiting for years to get a female to male sex change, but no matter how much research I do, I'm not sure how to make it happen. I've emailed some surgeons nearest to me and I've talked about it with my therapist for a month or so. She's trying to help me, but she's busy so it's not really on her to-do list. Does anyone have any advice on how to advance? I want to start hormone treatment. Should I just go to a doctor and ask if they can prescribe me some Testosterone? Are there any grants or aid for people who want to get the surgery or to help with the hormones? Will Medical pay for them? Maybe I'm just not talking to the right people. I'm really avid on changing. I'm getting impatient because I have been waiting for years. Advice please, thank you <3
i just actually found out Medical DOES cover it.
But I was also wanting to add a question: Any surgeons that do sex change surgeries near Red Bluff, Ca. that takes Medical? (Northern California)
