here is my story...I plead guilty in January to a felony was sentenced to 6 to 8 months (suspended) and put on probation for 36 month...
Then, February 28 my house was searched and in the search they found drugs (4 oz. of pot) that a roommate hide in the heater room and he had 7 plants growing in his room...now my wife and I where arrested for the crimes on the 2nd of March because it was our home, the roommate didn't even get a ticket. He lied saying it was not his. So I am planing in pleading guilty to the 4 felony's and 3 misdemeanors, so my wife will not lose her teaching job...now these crimes if I plead guilty I will be put on probation again...so here I get to my question...

by pleading guilty to these new charges will my other probation be revoked and will I have to serve that 6 to 8 months...I know I will have to go in front of a judge if braking probation...btw I love in NC...
as I stated it was not mine, the roommate had been MIA, since all this has happened. I can give them a name or to of people that sell but I an unsure I want to be a rat...that's dirty...

I DO HAVE A PAID LAWYER...not a public one, which suck

Unless you can plead hard with the judge to show leniency, it is very likely you will have to serve your suspended sentence. Something in your probation rules probably says you cannot have any new law violations. Drugs aren't taken lightly in the U.S. You may want to hire an attorney and hope for a lenient judge.
