I have a possession, paraphanalia, illegal consumption, and DUI charge. When I took my plea, they dropped the poss & para. charge and gave me COURT SUPERVISION for both illegal consumption and DUI. I am currently serving 2 years probation. Once I'm done with probation, the DUI will not be on my record. So my question is, can I get a FOID Card if I'm still on probation? Remember, they only gave me COURT SUPERVISION for everything.
I am on probation in Illinois, can I obtain a FOID card?
