I am doing GM diet for some weight loss, and fourth day you are only allowed to have 8 bananas and milk. so today is my 5th day and i am constipated, and i cant afford to get constipated because i have a history of hemorrhoids. so i was wondering if i can take laxative today? will it interfere with my gm diet? it was really difficult to complete the first 4 days and i dont want to do anything to jeopardize the diet. PLEASE HELP!!!
