Pretty much anything! How about beginning yoga, swimming, aerobics...?

Beginners Yoga would help you to slowly increase your flexibility. It is a great way to relax after a stressful day at work, but still get a good amount of exercise in.

You could also try a beginners aerobics class. It is good to get your heart rate up for about 30 minutes a day. Don't be upset if you can't keep up the first couple times, it will take a little practice, but you'll get their soon.

Don't be afraid to ask the front desk or a trainer at your local gym for a list of low impact fitness classes for beginners. Best of luck to you!

Well if you take aerobics at your local gym, yoga, or dance. Those are all fun social activities or you could get a personal trainer and be slightly bored and not very happy. Aerobics, yoga, and dance classes all help with flexibility, balance, stamina, and strength. Good luck.
