I am need help with U stream chat?

okay every time on the chat thingy i sign in then when i type something and hit enter on the chat it says i need to sign in so i sign in again and
i type something and it enters the chat but it says i have to sign in.i hae refreshed and tried a new browser and even got a new account.i need this answered by ten o clock eastern time.please help me.
