.....I have the title, passport, and debit card......but I'm not sure what fees i will have to pay and how much i will need.....my debit card is from netspend will that be a problem? do i have to have the 400$ deposit in my account before i cross ? do i have to have Mexican insurance....I'd appreciate help from someone that's gotten a vehicle exportation permit recently
