I am majoring in social sciences, what's a good part-time job or paid intern to have?

I want to return to college, but I still have to work, I wish I did not have to. I wouldn't mind working full-time but jobs these days add more responsibility the longer you work there. I will be taking about 9 hours per semester and I do not want work to interfer with my classes.
