I am lost... (need a "dumb phone")

Ok, so I do not want to pay for a data plan at the moment, so that takes out all of the smartphone possibilities (just don't want to deal with trying to fake IMEI numbers/spoofing my way through getting a smartphone through without having to pay).

So I don't know how to find what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a non-smartphone with:

- WiFi
- Full QWERTY keyboard (similar to the Tilt 2... not similar to any Blackberrys)

That's basically it. I would also like to know if any of these phones are upgradeable (as in, are there upgrades/other ROMs available for them). Thanks for your help... because I'm really lost/don't know where or how to search for all of this.

^ That would definitely be helpful. I would be joining an AT&T Family Plan. So I know that I can use any GSM capable phone (I would plan on getting a free phone with the plan, and then switching to something I actually wanted via an unlocked phone from somewhere online).

I would also like to ask this... I have been doing a lot of searching for this recently, and have found that there are differing opinions on some of the phones... so I am wondering if I can get a definitive answer here from someone. Do these phones count as non-smartphones on AT&T's network:

- HTC Touch Pro
- HTC Touch Pro 2
- Motorola Q
- Nokia E63-2
- Nokia 5800
- Nokia E66
- I"ve also read that there might be 2 Sony Ericsson models that don't count as smartphones (that have Wifi... 705 and 905 I think)

One more thing. I have also read that AT&T's network USUALLY can't read the IMEI's of phones that it didn't have. I am not planning on using the data network at this time, as I don't want to pay for a plan. If I got a T-Mobile smartphone and permanently disabled the data BEFORE even putting my SIM card in, would it register on the AT&T network as a smartphone?

Sorry for all the questions. I just don't know what I want to do... or can do at this point.
