i am looking to purchase an air conditioner idle speed up control for a 1967 cadillac?

i am currently restoring a 1967 cadillac deville, i have a 4 barrel rochester quadrojet carburetor i have all parts except for the idle speed up control - it is located, if facing the carburetor on the left rear side. could someone recommend a place to search for this. i have called numerous junk yards and carburetor shops. most people do not know what it is it looks similar to a choke pull off but has 2 nuts to adjust the speed for air conditioning and no one seems to have it. any suggestions would be helpful - thanks
