...Ram 1500 Regular with 75,000 miles? The owner (private party) wants $7,250 for it which is not going to happen because he has recently changed the add to say, person with the highest offer this weeks gets the truck and I have notice his ad before so it has been there for quite some time now so he is desperate to sell ASAP. The KBB on the truck is about $6,500 for a Private seller (the $7,500 is Sug Retail) , How much should I offer him without going to low?

Well it sounds like a nice truck. Offer $6250 and then go up to $6800 max. You have to be a little more aggresive than he is. Being ready to pay cash on the spot helps. Never show exactly how much you have. Just a suggestion.
