i am looking for artist to paint a picture from photo?

i live in spalding south lincs. i have a phot of my two dogs who have passed away and i would like to have it made into a painting,can anyone tell me where to try
 
Tesco, Asda, do canvas prints from digital photos.
If the photo is not a digital file, get it scanned so it is a digital image, then upload the image to either tesco or asda.
It will be sent to you when completed.

Just a thought but maybe try a local art college or university art dept. I'd imagine the students would be looking for projects and this might be ideal.
