I am looking for an old cartoon with a little very hungry goat.?

In the late 60's until the last time i went in late 70's Air Canada Dorval Christmas Party held in the hangers,showed movies for the kids.One of them was about a small goat, and a farmer that sort of took him in untill the goat ate everything in site.I sort of remember the farmer putting the little goat on a train, and it came back eating the tracks, and in the end the little goat ate the moon and the screen. I have tried to find this to show my children but to no avail. Please anyone..
