I just got down here and don't know a lot of people yet, but I do have my backpack, tent and fishing pole(trout sized setup). I have a 4 day weekend, and would love to backpack in somewhere, fish, relax and maybe nip off a bottle of bourbon. I am from Michigan and am really comfortable in the woods, but if there is anything I should know about wildlife in this area, please, chime in. Any where within 3 hours is fine, but closer is better. Also, preferably no campgrounds. I really need to get outdoors this weekend. Thanks.
