Hi guys, I can only remember few of the details of this love story I read once. Hope you can provide the title so i could go buy it and finally have a copy of my own coz I really liked it.
I remember that the girl was, I think, still in high school. Her family suffered financially so they had to transfer neighborhoods and she had to transfer to another school. At her old school, she used to be a gymnast or really good at her gymnastics class, not sure. At her new school (somewhere in the countryside) there was no gymnastics so she became cheerleader instead. she is fond of wearing tattered clothes, the city fashion where jeans are torn or serrated at the knee, something like that. but her new schoolmates think she is very poor and they even gifted her with new clothes which kinda insulted her. She had a boyfriend and friends at her old school who did not like her becoming a cheerleader and thought it was degradation. Her old boyfriend was sort of a jerk. she finally fell in love with a better guy at her new school. I also remember her being tricked or something by the athletes she was cheering for because her squad turned out to be better at performance than the game...
