I am looking for a good spinning combo for small mouth bass fishing under 70 dollars.?

I recently had a cheaper Shakespear Cirrus combo and the rod broke and i decided to get a little bit better combo it is mainly for bass fishing but would like to be able to use it for some catfishing also(keep in mind the catfish at the pond we own does not get over 5-8 pounds, or at least we havnt caught any bigger then that yet). so please list me some links and advise. Thanks
