I am looking for a free database of photos that I can organize.?

What I would like to do is save a photo of a person and also have a searchable database of the info about the person (name, age, date of birth). I am looking to put this together for my job, so others need to be able to access it as well.
Hope I explained this well enough.
Help would be greatly appreciated.
