I am looking for a Corn Salsa recipe! It was in a school book type recipe book! This corn salsa was AMAZING, and i know it involved white shoepeg corn, and cilantro! But, that's where my memory on it ends! It wasn't spicy and, it was a super easy recipe! Oh, and i think it had tomatoes in it too!! It didn't involve any cooking of any sort and didn't involve black beans! When i googled this a TON of recipes had black beans! Oh, and no cheese either! Ahh, it would be great if you could help me find the missing pieces to this recipe! Thanks! Oh, and it also did NOT involve peas, or green beans! Please help me figure this out! It would be greatly appreciated!
