...Canadian Tire for $299.99 worth it? OR, should i go to a bike store and get a bike. The problem is, is that i went earlier and the road bikes there are quite expensive, especially if I want to get a nice one ( around $800-$1000 the cheapest). Also, if i buy a nice bike from the bike stores, I'm scared that it might get stolen because I'm a student and I ride my bike to school continually (15min duration each time). So brands such as FELT, Trek, and Specialized might be a burglary hazard.
