I wouldn't go near this bike with that kind of mileage! If the motor has never been rebuilt, you can budget for that, plus everything else - clutch/throttle cables, brakes and lines, carb rebulid, etc, etc. You could spend up to $5000 on new parts and labour!
HD gave the Sportsters a good makeover a couple years ago with rubber engine mounts, and many upgrades. Theses sell for $8-$9k.
