I am joining the Army Guard and was wondering?

I can't quite pick an MOS and i keep posting things on here to help me but everyone tells me that i should pick a MOS that would benefit me most in civilian life. Now here is my question what MOS's would help me be (or benefit towards) a State Police Officer because that is my goal and what i am aiming to achieve.. Also keep in mind that i hear from alot of people that being an MP is usually frowned upon by police agencies because of the trouble of transiting from MP to civilian police officer. So any suggestions would be nice please and thanks.
 
Actually, being an MP in the army is not frowned upon by civilian police officers. My dad was in security forces in the AF and hes now a police officer. He didnt have any problems getting in. I dont know why people think that...
