I am interested in going back to school for a business administration degree?

I was thinking about going back to school to get a business administration degree with a concentration in human resources management I love working with people, but I just wanted to know more about what they do on a day to day basis? What is the pay for an entry level position? and if human resources is still booming in this economy. Thanks
