if a cop pulled me over for excessive noise, or loud stereo. and noticed that i have several other illegal things on my vehicle that the cop noticed but only gave me a ticket for excessive noise because he had to get to a crash site, but then i left, went down the road more and turned my music back up again and i didnt see him and he pulled up next to me saying "you dont learn your lesson do you?" and he said hes gonna mail me tickets for all the things he seen illegal on my vehicle before. my question is can he can mail me tickets in the mail for things like tint, and black tail lights for a pervious pull over in which he only gave me the excessive noise ticket???
