I was watching a movie earlier and every time (almost literally!) it was time for a commercial, it showed a preview for a documentary on nude "art". Am I the only person offended by it?
The thing that makes me the angriest is almost every time an artist creates a "nude" piece of "artwork" it is of a woman. Why do artists, 90% when creating "nudes", choose to exploit women?
Some people think it is art. I tend to find it vulgar, perverted, and offensive.
And if this makes anyone angry I don't care.
My opinion is that a painting of a woman's bare chest is not art, it is vulgarity and exploitation.
What are your views on this supposed "artwork"?
I feel like I'm the only person that sees controversy in nude sculptures and/or paintings.
Does anyone else feel offended?
