I am head counselor for a camp for little kids ages 5-10!! What should i do with them?

I am the head counselor for a camp for little children going into grades 1-4. What are some fun but cheap idea's of what to do? I need help quick. The camp needs to be all figured out my March 30th!!! PLEASE HELP!
