everytime i go to the home page of verizon wireless i log in. then i scroll down still logged in and hit upgrade a phone, then it takes me to a page that says owner account features makes me log in again then it takes me to an overview of of my account. from there i go to my services scroll down and hit upgrade a phone then it just keeps making me log in please help is there something i am doing wrong and dont say switch companies im very frustrated have a headache and need answers
