I have had my HTC Snap for about five months now. It has always worked fairly well, but today about 10 after texting a friend of mine about important stuff, my phone froze. I tried turning it off but it wouldn't do anything so I removed the battery and turned it back on. I went to look at the text messages between me and my friend, and they were gone. I can not find them anywhere. Does anyone know what caused this or how to fix it?
