It does not start when you turn the key. All the lights come on but the engine will not turn over. Sometimes if I rock the vehicle it will start but it has become less frequent that that has happened. It is a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with a 5.2L V8. It does make a clicking noise when you turn the key but nothing else happens. Please Help.
