I am having problems printing emails in Outllook 2003 when they are in HTML format?

I am on a networked PC running Windows XP with SP3. I can print emails in RTF or any format except for HTML. When I do try HTML I dont even get a print dialog box to choose which printer I wish to use. Any help is greatly appreciated.
