I am having problem with my breast and afraid to discuss it with doctor, please help.?

Since i had a baby my breast is not as normal as it was when i was young, now that i have divorce i find it difficult to date and i feel defferent from all other girlsand i am just twenty years old. is there cosmetics to make my breast normal again?
