It's like one minute I am happy and then the next I will be pissed off then the next I will be sad, for no reason at all, this happens alot lately and I don't know what causes it, sometimes I will feel angry when there's nothing to be angry about, and then it'll randomly stop and I'll be happy again. What are things that could be causing this?
I am having mood swings for no reason and I don't know why?
