Beefy Cheeks

This has happened about 3 times in the last two days... the pain is right under my breast, its painful and hurts... it woke me up last night, and just happened now... it lasts for a minute or two and I try to breathe deep but it doesn't go away... I don't know if its specifically my chest but its underneath my breast, sort of my upper rib cage... what could this be? It stops after about a minute, its only on my left side.
