i am having family court problems.?

i am 16 years old, my parents are divorced, so i have the mother/father time schedule but i dont go see my dad, but this summer i wanted to go see my sister in new york. He is supposed to have 4 weeks during the summer, he was supposed to tell my mom those 4 weeks before may 1st which he didnt. now he "just" told my mom which weeks he wanted, but it was the same time i wanted to go see my sister, we have already asked him if i could still go up there but he says no, but does he have the right to say no since he didnt tell my mom before may 1st. does he have the right have to any time durring the summer since he didnt tell my mom on time? in the court order it said he had to tell her before may1st
 
I would talk to a lawyer. But as you are 16 your choices are taken into consideration- such as whether or not you want to go.....He did break the order....but as I said, talk to a lawyer. I would also recommend trying to discuss with your dad some alternative plan (2 weeks with your sister, 2 weeks with him)
