I chill and have ice cold fingers for awhile then I get warm. I never heard of cold flashes until a girlfriend mentioned it tonight. How long does this last? What do you do about them?
you didn't say what causes this- is it happening after you go outside in the cold? then wear warm gloves. if it is when you are inside where its warm, then it is probably from poor circulation. a regular exercise regime can sometimes help this, but some people just suffer from poor circulation all their lives. good luck.
