I have had my Incredible since approx. mid June. Until a few weeks ago it has been a fantastic phone. The other week I was on campus and it vibrated a few times and thought nothing of it till I looked at it. 1-2 times a day it will reboot itself repeatedly until I pull the battery out. During rebooting when turning back on it will make it to the home screen then turn back off again.
I took the phone back to Verizon and asked them what to do and they told me it was an issue with the battery overheating. They sent me a new one and there has been no change with what has been happening. Some online info I have found says it is because of low signal but I am in Toledo, Ohio and have good signal just about everywhere. I also had the phone with me in Wyoming in the middle of nowhere after I got it with zero signal and it worked great.
Has anyone had this happen to them or know what could be the problem?
