I am going to get a HTC EVO 4G unlocked phone from USA and I want to use it in India?

Can I use reliance or tata indicom CDMA sim cards in it?
FYI, HTC EVO 4G is a CDMA phone which comes with sprint in US
can we get cdma service from reliance or tata indicom without buying a sim card as EVO 4g has no sim card slot
