I am going to buy a "Aqua Clear Power Filter" for my 20gallon fish tank, but what size?

I currently own a Aqua Clear Power Filter but it is too small for my fish tank. I own the "mini/20" for 5-20gallons but im finding that it doesn't circulate and clean the water very will because it is too small. I was wondering which i should buy, the "150/30" for 10-30gallons or the "200/50" for 20-50 gallons?
