short answer.. you don't. most jobs are restricted to Host Nationals.. spouses can do very little working on or off base. IF th ebase has a hopsital you MIGHT be able to get hired, but it will be hard. because like I said.. most civilain jobs are given to Locals as part of the SOFA agreement.
