I am going to a chinese buffet tomorrow night and I was wondering what I should do about my food intake for the day. Here is my daily schedule.
Breakfast: 7 am
1 apple
Lunch: 12 pm
2 servings of vegetables
Bowl of spinach leafs with boiled eggs, carrots, and 3 baby tomatoes
Turkey sandwich on whole wheat with 2 tomato slices, pickles, onions, lettuce
Small bowl of yogurt with granola
Workout: 45-60 mins on elliptical
Shoulders for 60-75 mins
Then we are planning on eating at a chinese restaurant at around 7-7:30 pm. I always eat healthy, and i never have cheat meals in my diet. The breakfast and lunch are my normal meal plans each day. I am 5"10 and 132 lbs. and in very good shape. What should I do?
