Third, you're unlikely to get an STD from one of the campground girls if you use a condom, but you can still get pubic crabs, lice, etc. so just be aware of this if you choose to have sex.
Finally, if the girl has herpes (fever blisters, but not canker sores — different herpes virus), gonorrhea or syphilis of the throat — then you CAN get it from her via oral sex.
